## Compliance in Colombia

- **Opt-out:** Opt-out is required, and the content provider is responsible for opting users out of their database.
- **Sending times:** Promotional, marketing and financial content (for example debt claims) may not be sent Monday to Sunday from 8pm to 8am.
- **Restricted content:** Violence · Political content · Religious content · Adult content
- Programs should support a HELP message as a best practice.
