  • Registration: The recommended originator is a pre-registered alphanumeric sender ID without spaces.
  • Prior written approval from the operators is required before sending messages about medical services or medical drugs, food additives, non-governmental organizations, or content concerning minors either explicitly or implicitly.
  • Using third-party intellectual property in the message text or alphabetical sender name requires the consent of the right holders and prior written operator approval.
