## Compliance in Russia

- **Restricted content:** Gambling advertising or information · Erotic advertising or information · Political and religious advertising or information · Content contrary to public morals, violating territorial integrity of any state or foundations of the constitutional order, discriminatory content, incitement of international or religious hostility, or content offensive to human dignity and honor · Advertising of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, including trademarks under which they are produced
- **Registration:** The recommended originator is a pre-registered alphanumeric sender ID without spaces.
- Prior written approval from the operators is required before sending messages about medical services or medical drugs, food additives, non-governmental organizations, or content concerning minors either explicitly or implicitly.
- Using third-party intellectual property in the message text or alphabetical sender name requires the consent of the right holders and prior written operator approval.
